The Aid Station team completes the whole process of planning, shopping, packing, setting up and implementing all food and drink options at the races. They provide knowledge and support in caring for these athletes. Candidates must be able to lift and move bins and have weekday and also weekend availability. Race operations staff is dedicated to the success and safety of our events. They arrive hours, if not days, before the event to set-up ensure the race meets the standards set by Aravaipa and each event's Race Director. They work overnights and long weekend shifts to produce some of the highest quality events in the industry. We are looking for passionate outdoors people who understand endurance sports and always put the safety and experience of our customers first.
