DIVERSITY

Diversity for World Trail Majors is to understand the uniqueness of each race in this sport, escaping from uniformity and embracing the individuality as something enriching that enhances trail running as a sporting, cultural and social activity.

RESPECT

World Trail Majors is born with the goal of respecting, maintaining and even improving the areas you race across. Respect for nature, local customs and the variety of the sport. Allowing it to grow as an activity that enriches and is enriched by the local community and environment.

IDENTITY

Each World Trail Majors race has its own distinct and individual personality that is inspired by its local environment and the evolution of its own story. Individuality is the legacy that will remain forever between the runners, the races and the local communities that make each event not only a sporting experience but also a defining and memorable one.

RUNNERS

These races are made by runners for runners. Each organizer knows their territory, trail running, and local customs. Nobody is just passing through, and neither are you.

We prioritize safety, respect for the natural environment, and where the races take place so that you have the best experience. The center of all this is the participants, from the back of the pack to the elite. We want you all to feel like you are part of this. You, the runner, are the one who gives meaning to all this.

ORGANIZATIONS

Behind every logo, every name, every website there are people who try to reflect their knowledge and experience to create a perfect race for you to enjoy, to take away great memories and to be our ambassador around the world.

We do things the best we know how, we work hard to respect the environment, give you the best service and that those who welcome us, our local community, are an integrated part of this. We are just one piece of this complex puzzle but we are responsible to largely ensure you have great memories of the experience.

LOCAL COMMITMENT

We are from where we race, we live here, we cross paths with our volunteers daily because we are part of the local community as well as the organizers. This is why we believe we are best placed to get the local commitment that is so necessary in a sport that is experienced in such a large area and involves trails that we all use.

We try to generate local wealth, to put our area on the world map through a sport that is respectful of where it takes place. We are committed to our communities to develop this sport in the most respectful way and we know that our runners have the same desire.

LEGACY

Each race in its territory is part of this sport, they make their own mark, they evolve in their own way, this can be the guide for other races. The most experienced races help the newer ones, World Trail Majors is an open organization where everyone owns their own race, where what each one brings to the group is respected and where the beneficiary is every runner who will enjoy some of the best races in the world gathered in a common project.

The legacy that each competition has created in its territory and in the small history of trail running, World Trail Majors aims to amplify it as an example of a respectful way to approach trail and ultra racing. We hope to look back and be proud of what each race has contributed to trail running.
